Job Summary

A communications software development company has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing applicants using standard and innovative recruiting techniques
• Handle written and verbal communication with candidates, interviewers and hiring managers
• Enter, maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Recruitment and/or Coordination background (1 - 2 years preferred)
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and listening
• Proficient with Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc)
• Background with Greenhouse is not required but definitely a plus!
• Strong time management and organization skills
