Job Summary
A medical device company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Own full life cycle recruiting and onboarding support from intake to hire
- Coordinate with leadership and agencies on temporary staffing needs
- Coordinate phone, ZOOM, and on-site interviews with hiring teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Knowledge of recruitment processes
- Knowledge of onboarding programs and processes
- Experience partnering with hiring teams to develop robust sourcing strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Operate with a sense of urgency, while setting and managing multiple priorities
