Job Summary

A medical device company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Own full life cycle recruiting and onboarding support from intake to hire
  • Coordinate with leadership and agencies on temporary staffing needs
  • Coordinate phone, ZOOM, and on-site interviews with hiring teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of onboarding programs and processes
  • Experience partnering with hiring teams to develop robust sourcing strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
  • Operate with a sense of urgency, while setting and managing multiple priorities
