Job Summary

A creator of employee wellbeing software is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Sourcing of passive candidates
  • Creating a pipeline of “bench” candidates
  • Constantly assessing both active and passive pipelined candidates

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of similar experience in active recruitment and passive sourcing of a variety of professional roles
  • Able to balance large quantities of outbound & inbound email communications, and detailed database entries
  • Consultative approach to managing relationships with hiring managers
  • Able to qualify and build a high-quality pipeline of candidates
  • Able to read and accurately assess resumes for various job opportunities
