Job Summary

A solar company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Acting as a partner to the business and conducting end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers
Contributing to positive candidate experience through providing clear and consistent communication
Identifying, documenting, and suggesting opportunities for continuous improvement

Qualifications Include:

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
4+ years of experience in Recruitment or similar
Ability to keep privileged information confidential and follow all established guidelines and policies
Advanced excel knowledge and experience and a customer service mindset required
Familiarity with Google Suite, including working knowledge of Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive
Familiarity with Asana and/or other project management tools
