Job Summary

A provider of industry-leading risk management solutions has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Building and managing relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates alike
• Reviewing, pre-screening and interviewing candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge
• Utilizing appropriate social media and other forums to source and drive traffic to website and external career pages

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, with demonstrated progressive responsibility
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing and advanced skills using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated commitment and passion toward attracting top talent and providing superior customer service
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
