Job Summary
A cyber defense non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing full cycle recruiting
- Maximizing the candidate experience by identifying ways to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
- Tracking candidates throughout hiring process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Business,Technology or related field
- 2+ years in Customer Service, Sales, or related work
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, Kanban, or Project Management tools
- 3+ years' experience in a recruitment position acting as the primary recruiter for open positions
- Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates through various channels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and direct experience interviewing candidates
