Job Summary

A government contract services provider has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Consulting with hiring managers to understand and post requisitions that reflect the duties
• Interviewing, screening and evaluating external and internal candidates for job openings to identify applicants
• Coordinating and actively participating in the selection of the final candidates

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree
• 8+ years recruiting experience
• Experience drilling down on req intake calls to ensure OFCCP compliance, clear sourcing and realistic requirements
