Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist in Boise.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Placing ads, reviewing resumes and sourcing passive candidates
• Contacting and motivating them to want to explore our client's career opportunities

Required Skills:

• 1 year of recruiting experience
• Must be able to work at least 4 hours per day 5 days per week
• Be available to speak with candidates as needed either mornings, evenings or weekends
• Confident and persuasive communication/phone skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills
• Intermediate skills with MS Word and Excel, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn Job Boards, and G-Suite
