A healthcare technology firm is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help strengthen our team
- Conduct initial screening calls with applicants
- Build applicant pool by researching and contacting prospective employees
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in healthcare talent acquisition
- Effectively work in a remote capacity, with strong internet connection and quiet call environment
- Must be able to evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications
- Must have knowledge of Epic’s applications and consulting industry
- Must have competencies with Microsoft Office products
- Must complete required documentation in a timely manner
