An IT solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist in Herndon.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting with hiring managers to review and understand job requirements, develop candidate personas, and craft engaging job announcements Help put together a structured recruiting plan
- Helping put together a structured recruiting plan
- Working with external recruiters and sourcers to communicate position requirements and coordinate recruitment processes
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college/university
- 5-10 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate recruiting role
- Prior experience recruiting in a government contracting environment
- Experience using at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
