Job Summary
A provider of home health testing products is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates
- Collaborate with teams across Commercial, Operations, Labs and Legal & Finance
- Act as a partner to the business and provide meaningful insights of the recruitment market/landscape
Required Skills:
- At least 3 years recruitment experience
- Have full-cycle recruiting experience
- A proven track record for recruiting best in class talent
- Excellent communications and relationship building skills
- Strong time management skills and great attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative
