Job Summary
A mental and behavioral health support organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist in Rocky Hill.
Must be able to:
- Participate in full-cycle recruitment
- Identify talent needs and close open requisitions
- Promote solution oriented, positive and clear communications with operations supervisors and peers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4+ years experience in full cycle recruiting
- ATS experience required with Preference to SmartRecruiters and Ultipro
- Working knowledge of employment laws, specifically impacting the recruitment and selection
- Ability to think critically
