Job Summary
A company that provides sales, marketing and commercial solutions has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Strategy Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support Talent Acquisition strategies with hiring initiatives
- Collaborate on the development, scope, and execution of critical projects
- Manage and develop Project Manager(s) with assigned projects and deliverables
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Project Management, and Talent Attraction
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence others
- Proven track-record with developing, implementing, and executing programs, systems, and processes
