Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting approximately 30 team members
• Establishing personal trust with employees to assist them with career goals and objectives
• Overseeing new employee onboarding to ensure it is completed on-time and effectively

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of experience working closely with technology professionals or experience as a technology professional
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience handling employee relations activities
