Job Summary
NOTE: THIS ROLE IS FULLY REMOTE, AND CAN SIT IN ANY MARKET.
We are looking for Flex Interviewers to partner with our recruiting teams to conduct structured business interviews with candidates for digital, creative, and marketing and content roles. You'll focus on where candidates where may best fit based on interest and preferences. The positions provide the flexible hours and the opportunity to work virtually.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, collaborative, loves connecting with people and has strong written communication skills
Responsibilities
Interview candidates following a structured interview process
Clearly and concisely write a summary of the candidate's experience to share with hiring managers
Guide candidates through the screening process and building a complete profile
Set expectations appropriate expectations and gain commitments for any next steps
Clearly communicate Aquent's value proposition and how we are different
Foster a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the screening process
Background
Interviewing / Recruiting experience highly desired
Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
Subject matter expertise in creative, digital, marketing preferred
Excellent rapport and relationship builder
Self-directed
Attention to detail and diligence in documentation
