Job Summary
A law firm is in need of a Remote Talent and Administration Coordinator in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the Company’s day-to-day recruiting operations
- Utilizing databases and LinkedIn to identify and contact appropriate candidates
- Conducting initial resume screening and managing the applicant tracking database
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree required
- Proficiency in excel, power point, word and various database and technology platforms
- Excellent time management capabilities and the ability to meet stated deadlines
- An interest in learning and a desire for responsibility
