A law firm is in need of a Remote Talent and Administration Coordinator in New York City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the Company’s day-to-day recruiting operations
  • Utilizing databases and LinkedIn to identify and contact appropriate candidates
  • Conducting initial resume screening and managing the applicant tracking database

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Proficiency in excel, power point, word and various database and technology platforms
  • Excellent time management capabilities and the ability to meet stated deadlines
