Job Summary
A leading retail company has a current position open for a Remote Talent and Change Strategy Lead Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Anticipate future capabilities and organizational needs
- Drive enterprise initiatives
- Design strategies and solutions that will keep talent growing
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to anticipate future organizational Talent and Change needs through benchmarking, trend research and internal capability maturity analysis
- 5+ years experience in Marketing, Insights, Product Management, or HR Technology with enterprise scope preferred
- Demonstrated ability to understand end-users and deliver solutions to meet their needs
- Best in class collaboration skills and ability to make connections across the enterprise
- Data-driven mindset and ability to glean insights and actions from the data
