Job Summary
A real estate company has an open position for a Remote Talent and Culture Compensation Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Advise HR and leadership on appropriate levels of compensation
- Prepare and maintain job descriptions for each position in the organization
- Interview and survey employees to gather and document job, organizational, and occupational information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years experience in compensation analysis
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
