Job Summary

A real estate company has an open position for a Remote Talent and Culture Compensation Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Advise HR and leadership on appropriate levels of compensation
  • Prepare and maintain job descriptions for each position in the organization
  • Interview and survey employees to gather and document job, organizational, and occupational information

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years experience in compensation analysis
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
