Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Talent and Culture Senior Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leverage internal HR, survey, and/or business data
• Proactively partner with key stakeholders to address business gaps
• Merge data from multiple sources/systems

Qualifications Include:

• Must be proficient in statistical analysis using tools such as Excel, SPSS, Tableau, R, etc
• Minimum 2+ years' experience working with large-scale HR, business, and survey data for reporting and analytics
• Outstanding consultative abilities
• Ability to work in a project-based/team-based environment with aggressive deadlines
