Job Summary
A software technology company is seeking a Remote Talent and Culture Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help by attracting the right talent for our open positions and creating a culture that fosters continuous learning and career development
- Lead our efforts in sourcing and screening the right talent across all open roles
- Help create and maintain this culture, by organizing social events, creating career ladders, defining feedback and reward programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated charismatic, natural people person that loves getting to know people, and people love getting to know you
- Demonstrated persuasive mindset that has some strong sales chops
- Proven skills at managing projects, relationships, and anything else
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience; this could be dedicated experience as a full-time recruiter, or organic experience simply building your own team
- Demonstrated ambitious mindset that thrives off of being a leader
- Proven outgoing mindset that soes not mind striking up conversations with people you've never met
