Job Summary

A business solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Talent and Learning Strategic Human Resources Senior Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Facilitate kickoffs, requirement gathering and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Identify and analyze business needs, touch points and requirements across functional areas
  • Consult with clients on a variety of data integrity issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel 25%+
  • 4 year College degree in Business or Technology tract OR, 12 years industry experience in a directly related field
  • Minimum 3 years Workday experience working on an HRIS team or equivalent Workday certified consulting
  • Experience with one or more systems (Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, SuccessFactors or other traditional ERP/ATS/Talent Management Systems)
  • Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes
  • Knowledge of leading project management methodologies (Agile and SDLC)
