Job Summary
A business solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Talent and Learning Strategic Human Resources Senior Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitate kickoffs, requirement gathering and knowledge transfer sessions
- Identify and analyze business needs, touch points and requirements across functional areas
- Consult with clients on a variety of data integrity issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel 25%+
- 4 year College degree in Business or Technology tract OR, 12 years industry experience in a directly related field
- Minimum 3 years Workday experience working on an HRIS team or equivalent Workday certified consulting
- Experience with one or more systems (Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, SuccessFactors or other traditional ERP/ATS/Talent Management Systems)
- Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes
- Knowledge of leading project management methodologies (Agile and SDLC)
