Job Summary

A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Talent and People Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing programs, policies, and practices
  • Assessing and building a training and development program to address key skill gaps for staff
  • Working closely with the Leadership Team to develop a strong talent strategy that provides the best results

Qualifications Include:

  • 4-7 years of experience in human resources roles
  • 2-3 years building a human resources function across multiple disciplines and geographies
  • Demonstrated experience driving qualified hiring against an aggressive hiring plan
  • Experience developing frameworks for accountability and performance management at all levels of the organization
  • Proven experience driving business results through the practice of Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field
