A creative technology company is filling a position for a Remote Talent and People Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Own the recruitment analytics function
• Create and deploy unique sourcing strategies to bring in new team members
• Cultivate and execute strong values and dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment cycles

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
• 2+ years of experience recruiting manufacturing and/or Robotics candidates
• Extensive sourcing toolbox
• Proven track record in a fast-paced Seed through Series B startup
