Job Summary
A chain of pharmacies and drugstores needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent and Performance Management Manager.
Must be able to:
- Propose, develop and lead the implementation of Rite Aid’s performance program, systems, tools, processes
- Recommend efforts to drive a high performance, accountable and feedback rich culture. Serve as a thought
- Manage the end-to-end process to ensure performance conversations become culturally imbedded throughout the year and not just at cycle touchpoints
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Human Resources, OD, Business Administration or equivalent required
- 7 years of experience in Human Resources discipline ( Talent, Performance Management, OD, Training) required
- SHRM Certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills
