Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Talent Community Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing best practices related to interactive strategies within the talent acquisition space
  • Executing interactive candidate relationship strategies
  • Driving the execution of the interactive strategic media

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in consumer marketing, online marketing, or related experience
  • Experience in social business, Web 2.0, and on-line community development
  • Advanced proficiency in social media strategy and engagement
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
  • Understanding of email marketing tools and database management
