Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Talent Community Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing best practices related to interactive strategies within the talent acquisition space
- Executing interactive candidate relationship strategies
- Driving the execution of the interactive strategic media
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in consumer marketing, online marketing, or related experience
- Experience in social business, Web 2.0, and on-line community development
- Advanced proficiency in social media strategy and engagement
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
- Understanding of email marketing tools and database management
