Job Summary
A talent strategy consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Talent Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Provide human resources (HR) and organization development (OD) consulting
- Carry out research and data collection via surveys, interviews, or focus groups
- Manage and deliver consulting services for multiple clients
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willing to travel for in-person team engagement (post COVID)
- 5+ years of HR and project management experience
- Experience doing organizational development internally and/or as a consultant
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Knowledge and experience in talent management and leadership development
- Have managed projects and budgets effectively
