Job Summary
A fan interaction provider is filling a position for a Remote Talent Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Manage the optimal placement of new talent into our talent pool or into a managed book
- Assist with the transition of any talent moving out of books and into our pool
- Manage the Talent enrollments channel as the first point of contact for all organic Talent sign-ups
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to build great relationships with our internal partners as well as Talent and their teams, creating a great sense of trust
- Up to date on trends and industry news that can be used to create success for company Talent
- Exceptionally organized and have an outstanding pulse on what is going on with new Talent at all times
- Receptive to feedback, mentoring, and strategic realignment
- Ability to adapt to a culture of an ever-growing rocketship company that embraces and commits to change
