Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting recruiters and hiring leaders with interview scheduling and coordination
- Supporting the Director of People & Culture with administrative, project management, and support tasks
- Creating meeting agendas, taking notes, providing meeting recaps, action items, follow-up and tasks
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks and projects within deadline and hold others to task to do the same
- Hands on experience with various selection processes like offer letters, resume screening, job posting, etc
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, people, administrative, and/or executive coordination
- High attention to detail and a sense of urgency when juggling multiple priorities
- Commitment to providing high touch, outstanding experiences to candidates, hiring leaders and other stakeholders
