- Monitoring learning solution field request submissions
- Developing timelines and creating templates
- Identifying subject matter experts to conduct exploration sessions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associates degree (A.A) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience in applying Adult Learning Principles
- Effective verbal, written, and marketing style communication skills
- Experience with Google Workspace
