Job Summary
A financial services and investment firm is filling a position for a Remote Talent Development Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with the development of strategic training plans
- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs based on business objectives and associate performance
- Continuously evaluating needs of call center and partner with ID team to plan training programs designed to fill these gaps
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ Years Call Center Training Experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Expertise in utilizing key metrics to evaluate and recommend best practices for call center
- Must understand the principles of call center motivation
- Successful track record in designing and executing successful training programs in partnership with ID teams
