Job Summary
An international media support nonprofit needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Development Officer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the administration and program management of a leadership development program
- Design, develop, implement, and lead trainings and e-learnings
- Assist with creation of a global onboarding program for new employees
Position Requirements Include:
- Background in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Education, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant prior experience
- Track record of designing, developing, implementing, and analyzing trainings
- Experience operating effectively in a multicultural and international organization
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
