Job Summary
A digital technology company is in need of a Remote Talent Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the entire talent management lifecycle
- Building and maintaining a strategic talent pipeline
- Developing and implementing employee retention strategies or programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience as a talent management leader or similar role
- Experience advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement within the workplace
- Awareness of relevant labor laws and how to comply with them
- Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
