A financial services provider is filling a position for a Remote Talent Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Evolve and scale our talent acquisition strategy
• Invest in building an inclusive and representative workforce
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships with internal departments and stakeholders

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth tech companies
• 3+ years experience building and leading talent teams
• Experience with and understanding of recruiting for engineering and technical roles
• Demonstrated impact integrating a DEI&B lens at a foundational level across the talent acquisition function
• A track record of successfully driving a talent acquisition strategy aligned to business objectives
