Job Summary
A data analytics company has an open position for a Remote Talent Engagement and Operations Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to effectively engage passive talent in the technology industry while providing a consistent, equitable and best-in-class candidate experience
- Lead the Talent Sourcing, Coordination and Operations functions
- Develop a proactive sourcing strategy delivering strategic passive talent in key critical functional areas with market insights
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to articulate the vision for initiatives and programs to increase team engagement, stakeholder and associate buy in
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience leading Talent teams, strategy and programs
- Experience leading business partnership discussions to drive alignment, execution, and outcomes of talent attraction strategies
- Ability to lead initiatives focused on increasing strategic candidate pipelines with a focus on quality and diversity
- Proven strong understanding of recruitment metrics in order to identify indicators of success as well as areas of opportunity
- Demonstrated understanding of continuous improvement in TA practices and tools to incorporate stakeholder feedback
