A software developer is seeking a Remote Talent Experience Coordinator .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing and owning the data in our applicant tracking system
• Interviewing coordination with candidate and hiring manager
• Building and developing candidate messaging that is specific to all candidate personas

Qualifications Include:

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field (essential).
• A minimum of 2 years experience in HR or talent management
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
• Familiar with traditional and nontraditional recruiting techniques
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills
