Job Summary
An insurance brokerage firm is in need of a Remote Talent Insurance Acquisition Partner in Indianapolis.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing recruiting function to identify the best strategies for filling talent needs across multiple business lines
- Establishing and maintaining a solid working relationship with hiring managers
- Conducting candidate phone screens and in-depth interviews using behavioral-based questions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field
- 5-7 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience
- Advanced user skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Experience with multiple recruiting resources including Internet sourcing and recruiting networks
- Excellent interpersonal/presentation skills
- Ability to effectively interface with internal and external customers
