Job Summary

An insurance brokerage firm is in need of a Remote Talent Insurance Acquisition Partner in Indianapolis.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing recruiting function to identify the best strategies for filling talent needs across multiple business lines
  • Establishing and maintaining a solid working relationship with hiring managers
  • Conducting candidate phone screens and in-depth interviews using behavioral-based questions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field
  • 5-7 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience
  • Advanced user skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Experience with multiple recruiting resources including Internet sourcing and recruiting networks
  • Excellent interpersonal/presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively interface with internal and external customers
