Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Talent Lab Team Manager Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing execution, driving high performance culture and quality of all output
- Rapidly advancing the associate competencies and capabilities so that they are on-track to transition into aligned content teams within 18-24 months
- Ensuring that the Talent Lab follows company processes, adheres to research and advisory methodology guidelines, and adopts changes as they are introduced

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Demonstrated track record of success in people leadership and talent development
- Leadership experience in dynamic, agile environments that are highly matrixed and evolving
- Influential communication, negotiation, and best-in-class, facilitation skills
- Enjoys solving complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
- Curious and enthusiastic about new ideas, and willing to pilot new approaches to develop world class research talent
