Job Summary
An on-demand global talent network of freelancers is in need of a Remote Talent Learning Programs Head.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing a system to recommend appropriate coursework
- Identifying opportunities for training and creating or sourcing necessary curriculum/materials
- Leading the strategic design, creation, and delivery of new virtual training & development programs
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years experience in strategic roles
- Forward-thinking and motivated by continuous improvement
- Must be a strong strategic thinker.
- Experience with learning and development programs, especially in the context of technical skill sets
- Practical experience testing concepts, validating hypotheses, and informing planning and development
- Significant strategic research and analysis experience
