A nonprofit organization is seeking a Remote Talent Management Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting research and data analysis to identify gaps and recommendations
• Drafting documentation for client and internal work products
• Designing communications

Qualifications Include:

• Willingness to travel (depending on the season and projects, the role may include up to 10% travel)
• Experience managing time and meeting deadlines across multiple priorities
• At least 2 years of work experience in a professional field
• Proven ability to take initiative on projects, navigate ambiguity, and work in a fast-paced environment
