Must be able to:
- Coach employees and act as their consultant regarding learning and development activities
- Create organizational charts and define each position’s responsibilities and KPI’s
- Organize diverse and inclusive orientation programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years experience in a related talent management role
- Experience implementing talent development strategies and industry best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and work ethics
- Proven track record of successful development of employees and teams
