A marketing and analytics solutions company has an open position for a Remote Talent Management Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Partnering with the client engagement team to identify new opportunities
• Understanding demand across all lines of business and monitor project end dates
• Ensuring understanding of client needs and organization culture

• 10+ years of experience in talent management within a professional services environment
