Job Summary

A business management software development firm has a current position open for a Remote Talent Management Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the team, HR business partners, participants and vendors to support and implement team services and offerings
• Collect, track and report on demographic, assessment, evaluation and outcome data for team services and offerings
• Administer and manage logistics for assessments for team services and offerings

• Program management skills
• Strong Written and verbal communication
• Experience with surveys, evaluations, and assessments
• Experience with data collection, tracking, and reporting
• Experience working across countries/cultures
• Expertise in Microsoft applications
