Remote Talent Manager

Job Summary

A creator commerce company is in need of a Remote Talent Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Procure Talent for your individual roster
• Work alongside Talent Publicists/Model bookers/Other members of their commercial team
• Work across multiple ambassador brand partnerships, fiction and non-fiction publishing, content development, etc

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Balance of commercial acumen and a creative mindset
• Proven record of generating new business and selling
• Proven recording of signing and retaining talent clients
• Fluent understanding of marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and/or PR
• Demonstrate preexisting relationships with influencers and experience in digital platforms, content development, PR, etc
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
