Job Summary
A creator commerce company is in need of a Remote Talent Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Procure Talent for your individual roster
- Work alongside Talent Publicists/Model bookers/Other members of their commercial team
- Work across multiple ambassador brand partnerships, fiction and non-fiction publishing, content development, etc
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Balance of commercial acumen and a creative mindset
- Proven record of generating new business and selling
- Proven recording of signing and retaining talent clients
- Fluent understanding of marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and/or PR
- Demonstrate preexisting relationships with influencers and experience in digital platforms, content development, PR, etc
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
