Job Summary
A digital marketing talent platform has a current position open for a Remote Talent Marketplace Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting a series of tests for applicants and determine if they are qualified for a final interview
- Conducting final interviews and assist in hiring the best offshore contractors to meet client demand
- Following up with candidates and clarify experience when needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1 year of relevant experience in sourcing and talent acquisition responsible for full end-to-end management of candidate pipelines
- Strong marketing acumen and knowledge of the skills and attributes required of candidates across Marketing roles
- Experience with a modern tech stack -- Slack, HubSpot and/or ATS, GSuite, Calendly, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills, be an exceptional communicator, and have outstanding phone manners
- Highly motivated and continuously strive for personal and professional improvement
- Possess a positive, confident, and determined demeanor
