Remote Talent Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A physician-owned company specializing in acute care management and staffing solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Operations Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Help manage the operational aspect of company's general recruitment process by driving forward process, services, and technology initiatives that enhance the recruiter and candidate experience
• Work collaboratively as a point of escalation with the Recruiting team to provide innovative ideas to proactively resolve issues and barriers to the overall recruiter and candidate experience
• Help manage the Talent Acquisition job board portfolio and vendor partnership to ensure all external job board content is up to date and relevant

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of business-related experience in Information Technology, Human Resources, Marketing or Customer Service
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; or a combination of education and work experience that demonstrates the attainment of the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities
• Proven strong technology experience with the ability to adapt to new software and systems easily
• Ability to continuously evaluate and improve automation for external job boards using automated job feeds and job distribution vendors
• Ability to collaborate with the recruiter, site Medical Director, and start up teams to gather community information, site statistics, and selling points to create web-ads free of spelling and grammatical errors
• Ability to post all jobs into Taleo by stripping HTML, editing, and saving the template
