Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Operations Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication
- Provide background investigation case management and timely resolution for inquiries
- Work closely with third party stakeholders where required to provide information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree or related business field coupled with 1 - 3 years' experience in Human Resources
- Experience with background check management, onboarding and processing TA related transactions
- Experience as first line of contact for candidates or customer service related role
- Superb attention to detail required as well as excellent verbal and written skills
- Comfortable with full Microsoft office suite
