An operator of residential communities for senior adults is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Serving as the first point of contact for prospective candidates
• Serving as an employee brand ambassador by sharing the Company’s mission
• Exploring areas of employee retention improvement

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High school diploma required
• 2 years: Full employee-cycle recruiting
• Ideal candidate should have experience leveraging LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media channels
• Should have solid understanding of full employee- cycle recruitment process
• Knowledge of state and federal requirements and regulations
• Effective oral and written communication skills
