An operator of residential communities for senior adults is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as the first point of contact for prospective candidates
- Serving as an employee brand ambassador by sharing the Company’s mission
- Exploring areas of employee retention improvement
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma required
- 2 years: Full employee-cycle recruiting
- Ideal candidate should have experience leveraging LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media channels
- Should have solid understanding of full employee- cycle recruitment process
- Knowledge of state and federal requirements and regulations
- Effective oral and written communication skills
