Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Partners Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Utilizing best practices and sound judgment to help leaders make difficult decisions
- Consulting with leaders to help them navigate through employee issues
- Designing, delivering, and implementing presentations and trainings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be confident, positive and calm and a good listener
- Must be collaborative and authentic, open-minded and adaptable
- Comfortable learning the tools of the trade (Workday)
- Able to identify problems autonomously, anticipating and actualizing the needs of the business
- BA/BS degree and 1+ year managing a team
- 5+ years experience in human resources, consulting or related field
