Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Product Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support to external customers
- Build a strong working relationship with our customer base
- Provide in-depth analysis and timely resolutions/workarounds for our clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Customer Support environment
- Human Resource Generalist experience
- Prior experience following or developing defined staffing and retention programs
- Knowledge of ATS systems and onboarding processes
