A customer success company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver on all programs, practices and activities related to the teammate lifecycle
- Refine our current employer brand
- Progress our recruiting strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of HR program management or HRBP role
- Exceptional project management skills
- Experience working with countries outside of the US
- Ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization
